Job Details: Customer Support Executive

Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Non-Voice)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)

• Graduate candidates भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं

• Freshers और Experienced दोनों eligible

• Communication Skills अच्छे होने चाहिए

• Hindi & English typing तथा speaking knowledge advantage देगा

Role & Responsibilities:

• Customer queries को call/chat/e-mail के माध्यम से handle करना

• Customer issues को timely और professional तरीके से resolve करना

• Process guidelines के अनुसार accurate information provide करना

• Daily targets और quality parameters को achieve करना

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Approx, role और experience के अनुसार)

• PF, ESIC और incentives उपलब्ध

• Office-based job (Hybrid/Work-from-home roles कुछ processes में possible होते हैं, पर company process-based flexibility देती है)

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts

• Week-off rotational

• Candidates को Pune में work-from-office करना होगा
